Wanted... pair 2nd of 2.75 or 3ld TC rods

Hi Im after a pair of 2nd hand (or new) 2.75 or 3ld TC rods for my lad as he has started to come along to lakes... Budget £100 for the pair.
Would rather get him some quality used rods unless any suggestions on new for above budget.
